Water Damage in Office

SERVPRO of Lake Forest South/Laguna Woods called out recently to an office space that was dealing with a pipe leak in the wall. The leak had started at the top of the wall and proceeded to drip down, causing the drywall all the way down to the baseboards to become wet and damaged. Once the areas were marked, we were able to cut out the damaged drywall and place our drying equipment to finish removing the moisture from the wood framing. Within a few days the drying was complete and the business was able to get back up and running.
