Water Damage in Mission Viejo

This home in Mission Viejo was affected by a leaking pipe in the bathroom next to this bedroom. This resulted in the walls of this bedroom and the adjacent bathroom needing removal. SERVPRO was able to come in and prepare the area for removal. This includes setting up the drying equipment and marking the walls for cutting. However because the home tested positive for asbestos, another company was called in to do the drywall cutting for us. Allowing another company to remove drywall containing asbestos ensures the safety of not only the homeowner and our technicians, but also anyone else working or staying in the home.
