Hallway Pipe Leak in Aliso Viejo, CA
SERVPRO of Lake Forest South was dispatched after receiving notice about a leaking pipe in a homeowner's hallway. Note how the water leak is visible in the drywall upon arrival. If you look carefully you can see that the floor is also starting to lift and buckle. The extent of the water damage was pretty large, as a good portion of the floor here had to come out. Additionally some wet drywall was removed and the wooden framing was dried successfully. Check out the extent of the leak in the before picture and see how much drywall we had to actually cut away.
